Nuno Vargas

Nuno is a 2013 John S. Knight Fellow at Stanford University, the first person from Portugal to receive the honor. He is a designer, multimedia consultant, journalist and data viz evangelist. Nuno has worked in a number of countries – Portugal, Spain, Italy, Brazil and Argentina – developing media related and corporate projects, mainly on digital and mobile platforms. He has a bachelor’s degree in communication design from Escola Superior de Artes e Design in Portugal, as well as a master’s degree in multimedia and digital design and an advanced studies diploma in typography from the University of Barcelona.
